SHIPPING INFO

It will take 1-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays) for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information. 

Standard shipping: It will be shipped with a tracking number but without insurance therefore it is the clients responsibility and only theirs to make sure their package is tracked and coordinate with their country postal service if any issues arise. There will be no refund nor reshipment of products in case of loss or misplacement. 

Priority shipping: It's recommended that clients choose this option for peace of mind, it includes insurance therefore, should your package be undelivered, misplaced or lost another package will be shipped.

Mondial Relay (France, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg): This standard option and it is a pick up service only. The client will have to collect the package from a pickup point. It will be shipped with a tracking number but without insurance therefore it is the clients responsibility and only theirs to make sure their package is tracked and coordinate Mondial Relay and the pickup point place. There will be no refund nor reshipment of products in case of loss or misplacement. Priority shipping is the recommended option for peace of mind.
