Are your products natural?

Our products are completely synthetics free in all formulations. All our products are paraben free. We do not use silicone nor sulfates.

We do not taste in animals.

We use premium ingredients to make all our products. Therefore there are safe for all skin types: oily, dry and in-between. If you have any allergies or intolerances check with your doctor.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please, get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we sort it out for you as soon as possible. Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damage product/s.

Once the client receives the tracking number it’s the client, and only the clients responsibility to track the package and know its whereabouts.
